Jewelry may be returned unworn within 7 days of delivery date for
a full refund of item . Customer will pay return shipping and
insurance charges. No returns after 7 days of delivery date.


WARRANTY POLICY:
All jewelry will meet specifications listed and free of
manufacturing defects at time of delivery. Imperial-Gems is not
​ responsible for damaged or lost jewelry after delivery is received.

​SHIPPING POLICY:

Imperial-Gems processes an order within 2 business day after the order is placed if item is in stock.  Palace Gems ships via FedEx. or United States Postal Service.  If the ordered item has sold out, the customer will be notified by phone or email and a special order can be made or a refund will be issued.


SPECIAL ORDERS:

Some out of stock items can be special ordered.  Half down payment is required to place a special order.  Estimated delivery date will be provided after order is placed and half down payment is received.  Most special orders take 2-4 weeks.  The balance of the special order is charged when item is shipped.
